Derek’s journey with Helpfast began more than 25 years ago when he joined the company

as a Dispatcher. His unwavering work ethic, dedication, and entrepreneurial drive

propelled him to rise through the ranks. When the original owner decided to sell, Derek

took a bold step by acquiring Helpfast, becoming its President. Under his leadership, the

company has flourished into a prominent enterprise with a global reach, providing
