Grace Simon is a Realtor, community leader, speaker, mentor, and certified coach who has spent more than 20 years helping people navigate change, make courageous decisions, and step into what’s next.

After eight years serving as a municipal councillor, while also building a successful real estate career, raising a family, mentoring women, and leading in her community, Grace has learned firsthand that a full life does not always mean a fulfilled life.

Her message is rooted in faith, purpose, leadership, and the power of becoming deeply aligned with who God is calling you to be. Grace speaks with warmth, honesty, humour, and lived experience, encouraging women to stop measuring their worth by productivity and begin listening again for the deeper calling on their lives.
